When ordering, we require a 50% deposit to lock in your beef.
When your beef is ready, we will contact you for the balance which will be $1800 +/- for The Missourian or $900 for The Better Half or $450 for the 1/4 Beef Bundle, depending on the actual finish weight.
When your beef is ready, we will contact you for delivery instructions.
Included: Estimated 300 pounds For The Missourian or 150 pounds for The Better Half or 75 for the 1/4 Beef Bundle of 3 Korners Superior Beef.

28% steaks, rib steaks, t-bones, sirloins. tri tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank, & cube steaks
35 % Savory cuts and roasts - chuck/sirloin/arm/rump, short ribs, brisket, soup bones and stew meat

What you need to know:
We will email you updates so you will be ready when your beef is ready.
You will receive approximately eight (8) 40-pound boxes for The Missourian or four (4) 40 pound boxes for The Better Half.
You will need about 12- 16 cubic feet for The Missouian or 6 - 8 for The Better Half of freezer space.
If we ship it to you we will send a tracking number.
